Sync and iCloud
My items aren’t showing up on my other device.
- Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on.
- In the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, and make sure Lasts is allowed to use iCloud.
- Check that you’re online. Lasts shows “Sync paused — No internet” in its Settings when it can’t connect.
- Open Lasts, go to Settings, and tap Sync Now. The Sync section shows when the last sync finished.
- If your iCloud storage is full, new photos can’t upload. Free up space or upgrade your iCloud storage.
It says “iCloud is signed out.”
Lasts still works, but items stay on that device only. Sign in to iCloud in the iOS Settings app and open Lasts again to start syncing.
I reinstalled Lasts or got a new iPhone. How do I get my items back?
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on, then open Lasts. If your items were synced to iCloud before, Lasts restores them automatically. You may see “Restoring from iCloud…” for a moment, and photos can take a little longer than names and dates. Tap Sync Now in Settings to speed things up.
Items created while iCloud was signed out were stored only on that device and can’t be restored after the app is deleted.
Reminders
My reminders aren’t showing up.
- Make sure notifications are on: in the iOS Settings app, go to Notifications, then Lasts, and turn on Allow Notifications. If they’re off, Lasts shows “Notifications are off” with a shortcut to fix it.
- In Lasts Settings, check the Reminder ladder (7 days, 3 days, 1 day before, and the day of). These are the defaults for new items. Premium lets you change them per item.
- Check that a Focus mode or Scheduled Summary isn’t holding Lasts notifications.
- Reminders are scheduled on each device. Open Lasts on a device once after adding items elsewhere so it can schedule them.
What is the weekly digest?
An optional single notification summarizing what’s expiring this week. Turn it on and pick the day and time in Lasts Settings under Weekly Digest.
Purchases
What does Premium include?
The free plan tracks up to 30 active items. Premium adds unlimited active items, custom reminders per item, full widgets, and full Siri & Shortcuts support.
I bought Premium, but the app doesn’t show it.
Open Lasts Settings, go to Premium, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy it. Premium can also be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Tap Manage Subscription in Lasts Settings under Premium, or go to the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
How do I delete my data?
- One item: delete it in the app. The deletion syncs to your other devices and iCloud.
- Automatically: turn on Auto-delete in Lasts Settings to remove expired, used, or discarded items after the number of days you choose.
- Everything in iCloud: in the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, then manage your storage, choose Lasts, and delete its data.
- Everything on a device: delete the app.
We never receive your data, so we can’t see, recover, or delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy.
Do my photos leave my phone?
Reading names and dates from photos happens on your device. If iCloud is on, your photos sync to your own private iCloud so they appear on your other devices. They are never sent to us.
